Database.exe - Fix PO Lines

Overview

This lesson covers on how to Fix PO Lines using database.exe

• Sometimes, PO's cannot be closed due to missing headers and multiple stores which leaves some issues with reports and Qty on Order

• Fix PO LInes Button will check POLines with same POHeaderID and if the POLines have a different Store Id, it will remove all POLines from the POHeader also remove the POHeader in this case

• It will also check orphaned PO Lines  (POLines with a POHeader that does not exist) and delete from database

Step-by-step Guide

• Open Database.exe

• Select 'Modify database' Tab

• Select ' Fix PO Lines' Button

• Enter the Authorisation code 'do4safet' in the prompt that will appear after clicking Fix PO Lines button

• Another Prompt will appear asking to confirm the process; Press 'Yes' to continue

• When the database.exe has finished the process of Deleting the POLines, a pop up box will appear as below
