Overview
This lesson explains how to resize the database via database.exe
Overview
Once the database size that is set on creation is reached, BEpoz does not handle increasing the size of it very well
In effect once the size set is reached BEpoz will do a lot of strange things, like give variances between reports, i.e. Period Summary says Net sales of $1499.90, till balance will say $1499.90, the transaction journal will say $1,430.30, and the products summaries will say $1,502.50 all for the same reporting period
The procedure below will overcome the issue of SQL rebuilding the database once it has reached its creation limit

Step-by-step Guide
Login to database.exe
Click on the Modify Database Tab
Click on the Resize Database Button in the Database Functions section
Enter the size in MB to increase
It is recommended to do this in 500MB intervals until maximum size allowable is reached in the SQL version, i.e. 10,000MB for SQL2008R2 express
