How to extend the timeout period of Azure for Venuedatabase downloads

Problem:

• When sending VenueData Cloud databases to remote sites, if the internet is poor or slow and the VenueData.zip file is of largish size, if this takes longer than 5 mins to download at the remote location then Smartcontroller will terminate the connection and timeout.
