Note for Cocktails

  • Select the Non-Stocked flag in Stock Settings on the Product Settings Tab

  • Select the Ingredients button on the Product Settings Tab

  • This will open a new window where you will be able to add and edit the Product's ingredients (shown below)

  • In this window, you will be able to add, edit, and delete ingredients for the Product
  • You will also have the option to create and print a PDF of the ingredients list
  • By Default, a whole base size is added when a new ingredient is added to the list

Note for Prepared Food 

  • Select the Non-Stocked flag on the Product Settings Tab
  • Enter a Manual Cost for the Product on the Store/Pricing Settings Tab
  • Note: If Ingredients are added for a Product, a Manual Cost will NOT be able to be entered as the Cost will calculate from the Ingredients
  • This can be used for creating Products such as Staff Food, where the ingredients will vary, but will generally have a similar Cost
