      Exception Err Method not found: 'Void SmartTax.cTax..ctor(Int32[], Int32, Byte, Int32)'

      Overview

      Problem / Symptoms:

      If the site was upgraded from a lower version (3500 or lower) to a 4.XX version, and when you create a new PO or manual receipt you get this error: 

      Exception Err Method not found: 'Void SmartTax.cTax..ctor(Int32[], Int32, Byte, Int32)'

      Diagnosis:

      Solution / resolution:

      Look into VS&T for a device called BoxPLU Entry and delete it. It is not needed anymore for higher Bepoz versions. 

      Close and reopen Backoffice and you should be able to create new invoices again. 

      This is also helpful for pop up message errors: "BOXPLUKeyEntry.dll is missing"

      You could also do a search in Bepoz\\Programs for the dll and delete it.
