20 | Export Menu Scheduled Job

This articles explains how to set up the Scheduled Job called "Export Menu" within BackOffice.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum Bepoz version of 4.6 and onwards
  • To setup the scheduled job, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup: "Maintain Scheduled Jobs" Flag

Export Menu Scheduled Job

  • Login to Backoffice and go to System Setup
  • Go to Scheduled Jobs and click on Add Job
  • Details are as follows:
    • Job Name: As per desire
    • Job Type: External DLL
    • DLL Name: Jobexport.Dll
    • ClassName: Export Menu
    • Schedules: Set as per desire
    • Job Options:
      • Include Headers: This will include a header line at the start with the field names in it
      • Export Filename: The filename for the exported data file
      • Export Code 1: This will limit the exported Products to just the ones with a matching Export Field
      • Export Code 2: This will limit the exported Products to just the ones with a matching Export Field
      • Export Delimiter: Export Delimiter can be chosen from TAB, Hash, Percent, Comma, SemiColon, Caret and Pipe
      • Member For Pricing: This is a Member to be used to determine the Pricing using this Member's Discount Settings
      • Product Group: The Product Group to Export
      • Store: This is the store used for prices
      • Standard PriceNumber: This is the Pricenumber used for Standard Prices
      • Member PriceNumber: This is the Pricenumber used for Member Prices
      • Frequency Seconds: The amount of seconds between exports
