Instructions

Add a Voucher Setup

  • In Backoffice Navigate to Marketing and Promotions, then click on Voucher Setup
  • Click Add Voucher Setup
  • Specify the criteria of the Voucher Discount

Issue Voucher

  • Click on the Issue Voucher button 


Link Vouchers to Accounts:

  • This gives you the choice to link the issued vouchers to an account if required, in this case, this option is not required so click "NO"


Number of Vouchers to Issue

  • Enter the number of vouchers you would like to issue for this Voucher Setup and click OK


Voucher Confirmation Prompt

  • The next prompt that will appear is a confirmation prompt giving you an overview of your Voucher Setup; if the criteria are correct click "YES"



Print Vouchers

  • The next prompt will ask if you would like to print the vouchers to a printer of your choice from a list
    • Once selected the Vouchers will print off on the chosen printer
