      If preferred venue custom field is not updated in Bepoz but has changed in Myplace

      Overview

      Trouble-shooting: When changing venue via app does not change in bepoz custom field for preferred venue

      If a member has changed their venue using the selector on the app homepage but the correct value does not reflect in Bepoz. The solution is to enable 'editable' flag for the venue field within the signup fields page

      Steps

      1. Login to Myplace backpanel

      2. Click 'Settings' on the sidebar

      3. Scroll down and click Signup, Tiers, Membership and Gaming Setup

      4. Click 'Signup field' tab

      5. In the field type column, find 'Venue' and tick the box in the editable field column

      6. Click save
