Trouble-shooting: When changing venue via app does not change in bepoz custom field for preferred venue
If a member has changed their venue using the selector on the app homepage but the correct value does not reflect in Bepoz. The solution is to enable 'editable' flag for the venue field within the signup fields page
Steps
Login to Myplace backpanel
Click 'Settings' on the sidebar
Scroll down and click Signup, Tiers, Membership and Gaming Setup
Click 'Signup field' tab
In the field type column, find 'Venue' and tick the box in the editable field column
Click save
