14 | 'Import Accounts' Scheduled Job

Prerequisites

  • In order to be able to create this Scheduled Job, the following operator prerequisite needs to be enabled
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup Flags

Job Configurations

  • After navigating to the Scheduled Jobs component and selecting to add a New Scheduled Job, configure as required using the below notes as a guide:


  • Configure the Import Accounts Scheduled Job as follows:
    • Job Type: 'External DLL'
    • DLL Name: 'Jobexport.Dll'
    • ClassName: 'Import Accounts'
    • Do not match on Export Code 1: When the flag is enabled, skips the matching of local Bepoz Account to accounts to be imported on ExportCode field
      • NOTE: This flag is available from Bepoz version v4.6.2.6 and above
    • Filename to Import: As a *.txt format, this file should contain all of the Account records that need to be imported into the System's Database
    • Extra Directory Info: This is the location where the Account Import files are saved prior to being Imported
    • Archive Directory: This is the location of the Import Archive file; after successful Import, the 'AccountsImported.txt' file in this location will append all records that were previously Imported into the system or add new records
    • Import Format: Select from Standard, Ebet, Transaction, Extended, IGT, Titan & MAXGaming as required
    • Import into Group: Use this drop-down to select an Account Group from the Database where the Imported Account records will be stored
    • Add a Schedule and maintain other Options as needed such as Chained Job, Run Missed Job, etc.
  • When Running this Job, the actual file matching the Filename to Import as configured must be present in the given directory as configured in the Extra Directory Info field otherwise SmartController will error
  • An invalid date format for Expiration Date in the file will result in "Never" as the Accounts' Expiry Date field

Account Expiry Date & Time Example

  • After the Import Accounts Scheduled Job has been Run successfully and assuming that the File contained valid Date formats, Account Records will be added and/or updated
  • The Expiry Date for Accounts will be set as per the retrieved data and with the Expiry Time set to 11:59 PM on the Date
