4 | Import Flexinet Members Scheduled Job

This article explains how to set up the Scheduled Job called "Import Flexinet Members" within BackOffice.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum Bepoz version of 4.6 and onwards
  • To setup the scheduled job, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup: "Maintain Scheduled Jobs" Flag

Import Flexinet Members Scheduled Job

  • Login to Backoffice and go to System Setup
  • Go to Scheduled Jobs and click on Add Job
  • Details are as follows:
    • Job Name: As per desire
    • Job Type: External DLL
    • DLL Name: Jobexport.Dll
    • ClassName: Import Flexinet Members
    • Schedules: Set as per desire
    • Job Options:
      • Re-synchronise All Members: This should only be done on the first import or whenever you wish to re-synchronise all members
      • Continual Polling Mode: Set the Polling Interval to be the number of seconds between automatic Imports
      • Import into Tiers: Tiers returned from FlexiNet will be created and their Members put into their Tier
      • Use Template Account: An Account with an Account Number named TEMPLATE will be used as the base settings for the imported accounts
      • SQL Server Address: This is the IP Address of the SQL Server on the Flexinet server. If Flexinet runs on the BEpoz server, then use <localhost>
      • SQL Database Name: This is the name of the FlexiNET Database that holds the Stored Procedures
      • SQL UserName: This is the Username to log onto the FlexiNET SQL Server Instance
      • SQL Password: This is the Password for the Username to log onto the FlexiNET SQL Server Instance
      • Import into Group: The Account Group to import into
      • SQL Server TCP Port: This is the TCP Port that the Flexinet SQL Server uses. Leave blank if default
      • Polling Interval (secs): This is the time in seconds between imports
