2 | Import GCS Members Scheduled Job

This articles explains how to set up the Scheduled Job called "Import GCS Members" within BackOffice.

This articles explains how to set up the Scheduled Job called "Import GCS Members" within BackOffice.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum Bepoz version of 4.6 and onwards
  • To setup the scheduled job, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup: "Maintain Scheduled Jobs" Flag

Import GCS Members Scheduled Job

  • Login to Backoffice and go to System Setup
  • Go to Scheduled Jobs and click on Add Job
  • Details are as follows:
    • Job Name: As per desire
    • Job Type: External DLL
    • DLL Name: Jobexport.Dll
    • ClassName: Import GCS Members
    • Schedules: Set as per desire
    • Job Options:
      • Use Tiers as Groups: If a Member is sent with a Tier 7.5, it will be put into a Group named 'Tier 7.5'
      • Update-Inactive in Bepoz Account: Set account as Inactive in Bepoz database if that member does not exist in list of Account Imports but exists in Bepoz Database. Only apply to accounts within Account Group specified or Tier  
      • Import into Sorted Groups: Groups 'A', 'B', 'C' & 'Z' will be created under the Import Groups and the Accounts will be placed according to the Last Name
      • Use Template Account: An Account with an Account Number named TEMPLATE will be used as the base settings for the imported accounts
      • GCS IP Address: This is the IP Address of the GCS Computer. If GCS runs on the Bepoz Server, then use 127.0.0.1
      • Import into Group: The Account Group to import into
      • GCS TCP Port: This is the TCP Port that GCS uses
