To access and edit Purchase Order Settings, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:

How-To Add a New "Import Stock" Scheduled Job

To create an 'Import Stock' Job, login to BackOffice
Go to System Setup > Scheduled Jobs
Click on the 'Add Job' button in the header which will open a Job Maintenance window

General Settings

Field	Description
Job Name	Type a name for the Job
Inactive	This flag can be ticked for the jobs that are no longer in use
Job Type	Set the Job Type as External DLL
DLL Name	Set the DLL Name as 'Jobexport.DLL'
Class Name	Set the Class Name as 'Import Stock'
Venue(s)	Set the Venue(s) where the job will run
Run Missed Jobs	Allows running the missed jobs again
Run as	Set the Operator to run the job as
Created	Displays the date the job was created This cannot be modified
Logging Mode	Sets the Logging mode for the Job This can either be 'Start Only' or 'Start and End'
Overrides Job	Set the job which will get overridden by the job created
Chained Job	Chains the job with another job

Schedules

Schedules allow setting the Date and Time when the job will run
To Add a new schedule, Click on the 'Add' button and to edit the schedule, Click on the 'Edit' button
Next Run

This shows the Date and Time when the job will run next depending on the schedule

After the necessary setup, Click on the 'Run Job Now!' button to start the job
Once the job is run, Smart Controller can be viewed to check if the job ran properly or not
