Prerequisites 

  • To access the "Products" Maintenance Menu, the following Operator Privileges will need to be enabled 
    • Operator Maintenance 'Maintenance' Tab
      • Products: "View Products" Flag
      • Products: "Edit Products" Flag

Products Explained

  • Products are the bread a butter of Bepoz where items are purchased from suppliers and then sold to customers 
  • Products are portrayed in many ways but can be distinctively categorized into two groups within Backoffice and they include: 
    • Stocked Items: items that can be Purchased from Suppliers and are physically stored on site 
    • Non-Stocked Items: Items that cannot be stored and are often but not always made up of Stocked items
  • This is the primary domain within BackOffice to Add, Edit and manage Products to suit the needs of business operations
