From the myPlace Lite portal, members can preview their member cards and easily add them to their mobile wallets, ensuring convenient and quick access whenever necessary. Having the member card in their iOS wallet simplifies the management of membership information and enhances the user experience by streamlining access to their member card.

1. Adding Member Card to IOS Wallet

To add a member card to the IOS Wallet. Follow these simple steps:

1. In the member portal locate the 'Add to Apple Wallet' button. This is located below the member card preview.
2. Another browser window will open, prompting user with 'This website is trying to show you a Wallet pass. Do you want to allow this?', Click Allow to proceed.
3. A preview of the member card and the account information will display on the screen, Click Add to place it in the IOS wallet app.

2. Update IOS Member Card via IOS Wallet App

To update an IOS member cards. Follow these simple steps:

1. Go to mobile wallet app
2. Click the member card associated with the app
3. Click the three dots icon in the top right corner 
4. Click Pass Details
5. Pull the screen down.

Once the loading spinner finishes, the member card is updated with the latest card UI and account details
