      KDS Metrics Report

      Overview

      This article covers the usage of KDS Metrics report which includes analysing the data and generating visual charts from the data.

      Overview 

      KDS Metric report within BackOffice which will help to measure and efficiently manage the kitchen operationsThis report is available under the Other Reports section in BackOffice

      Prerequisites 

      • Minimum of Bepoz v4.7.2.7 + is required

      • To access KDS Metric Report, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled

        • Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab

        • Reporting: "Other Reports" Flag 

      KDS Metrics Report

      • Login to BackOffice, to access the KDS Metrics Report

        • Navigate to the 'Other Reports' component in the sidebar, expand, and select the KDS Metrics Report

        • The KDS Metrics report provides information about the actions performed at the KDS workstation by the kitchen operator such as, Bump count, Rush count, Cancel count, Late count, Total Orders count etc.

      • The report can be filtered based on the KDS Station. Based on the selected KDS Station from the filter dropdown, the report displays the metric values for the corresponding KDS Station
