Prerequisites

  • Minimum Bepoz version of 4.6 and onwards
  • To setup the scheduled job, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup: "Maintain Scheduled Jobs" Flag

KLIA Report Scheduled Job

  • Login to Backoffice and go to System Setup
  • Go to Scheduled Jobs and click on Add Job
  • Details are as follows:
    • Job Name: As per desire
    • Job Type: External DLL
    • DLL Name: Jobexport.Dll
    • ClassName: KLIA Report
    • Schedules: Set as per desire
    • Job Options:
      • Use PASV Mode: If the FTP supports PASV Mode, then turn this flag on
      • Use Binary Transfer Mode: If you are transferring TEXT Files, leave this flag OFF
      • Use Tmp Files: If this flag is on, then the file will be sent to a Temporary Filename of *.tmp, then it will be renamed
      • Report File Directory: This is where the Files to be sent are to be found
      • Filename or FileSpec: This is either a Filename or a Spec using Wildcards. E.g. *.* or *.PDF or Send*.* or ZReport.PDF
      • Login Name: If a Login is required
      • Password: If a Password is required
      • Archive Directory: If you wish to Archive this File (and remove the File from the Directory) set this field
      • FTP Base Address: This is the Internet FTP Address; something like ftp.something.com
      • FTP SubDirectory: This is the Directory at the FTP Server to send the files to; something like /misc. files/others
