Prerequisites

  • Minimum Bepoz version of v4.7.2.8 & above
  • To setup the Last Yard integration within Bepoz BackOffice, the Operator must have the following privilege flag(s) enabled
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup : 'Access Venue, Stores & Tills' flag
      • System Setup: 'Maintain Scheduled Jobs' flag

LastYard 

  • Last Yard is a shelf edge promotions platform which helps Venues with in-store marketing platform and Electronic Shelf Labels
  • The interface between Bepoz and Last Yard allows to send product and pricing information to Last Yard for the purposes of designing and displaying Electronic Shelf labels

Last Yard Scheduled Job Setup

  • After logging into BackOffice, complete the following steps to create & configure a Scheduled Job required for Last Yard interface
    • In the Side menu, navigate and click on the 'System Setup' menu option and then click the 'Scheduled Jobs' sub-option which will open the 'Scheduled Jobs' tab
    • Click on the 'Add Job' option in the header ribbon to create a new Scheduled Job
    • This will show the 'Job Maintenance' window
    • Within the Job Maintenance window, 
      • Enter a relevant Device Name for the Scheduled Job
      • Choose the 'DLL Name' as Jobexport.dll and 'Class Name' as 'Last Yard'
      • Click on the 'Add' button to setup a desired schedule for the job to run
      • After configuring the schedule for the job, click 'OK' to save the job schedule
    • Job Options
      • Debug Mode - This flag has been added mainly for testing purpose and must only be turned On when there is need to investigate data being sent to Last Yard or to manually send the file as an attachment to Last Yard
        • When Off, Bepoz will create and send a file to Last Yard containing Product and pricing information
        • When On, Bepoz will create and save a file in local directly (C:\Bepoz\Data)
          • Note: When Debug Mode is turned On, it will not automatically send the file to Last Yard
      • LMG Promo Only: This flag controls whether to send only LMG Promotions pricing to Last Yard or any Promotional pricing
        • When Off, this will send promotional pricing of all products, if any
        • When On, this will send promotional pricing of products where its a LMG related promotion, if any 
      • API Endpoint: Used to connect to Last Yard server to send the files and is provided by Last Yard
      • Token: Used for authenticating to Last Yard server and is also provided by Last Yard
      • Till: This is a drop-down option  which is used to determine product prices, costs and stock values for products to be sent to Last Yard
      • Products: This option allows to control the level of product(s) to be sent to Last Yard
        • All Products: Select this option to send all products available in the store to Last Yard
        • Product Custom Flag: This can be used to send only desired products to Last Yard
          • Note: A custom Flag must be first configured in the Product Maintenance, else, the Custom flag will not be displayed in the drop-down option list
      • Member: This option allows to select an account to send the member pricing to Last Yard
      • Supplier: This option is used to determine the Supplier Product information
      • Location ID: This is LastYard's Customer Number. The Customer Number is configured at the Store level as Store CustomText field
        • This dropdown field is available from v4.7.3.2 and above
