Prerequisite System Admin Privileges will need to be enabled People "User Roles" Panel Privilege Flags: "System Admin" Legals To streamline the onboarding process, Legals were introduced. This enables users to utilise a URL for hosting their legal policies without the necessity of creating a new webpage. The legals page is integrated into the Myplace backpanel. This addition facilitates faster customer onboarding, eliminating the need for them to separately develop a policy page on their websites.

Legals


To streamline the onboarding process, Legals were introduced. This enables users to utilise a URL for hosting their legal policies without the necessity of creating a new webpage. The legals page is integrated into the Myplace backpanel. This addition facilitates faster customer onboarding, eliminating the need for them to separately develop a policy page on their websites.


Legals configurations

Before accessing the legals page on backpanel ensure that the prerequisites have been met. The legals configurations can be accessed with the following steps:

1. Login to Myplace Backpanel

2. On the sidebar, click 'System Admin'

3. Click the 'Legals' tab


Within this screen is a text editor, where users can import their legal policies, and format the look of the content by changing the font style, colour and font family. Users can make the content interesting by including images or emojis and also change the structural look through text alignments and bullet points. Once user has finalised the content, simply click 'Save' at the bottom to update the legals information, or cancel to discard.


Legals View

To view the updated legals policies. Users can simply sign-out of backpanel and on the login page the will be able to see 'Privacy/Policy'. Click this and a popup will appear displaying the configured legals content. This can also be accessed by inputting in the browser URL, https://{backpanelDomain}/legals.
