Prerequisites

Minimum Bepoz version of v4.7 and onwards
For an Operator to be able to set up Linkly Pay @ Table, the following Operator privileges must be enabled:

Venue Maintenance "Main" Tab (General Settings)

All “System Setup” Flags

Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab

System Setup: “Maintain Schedule Job” Flag
System Setup: “Access Venue, Stores, Tills” Flag

Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab

General: "Operate Tills" Flag
Tables: "Table Sales" Flag

Key Features

BackOffice Setup

A Schedule Job setup is required in BackOffice to establish the connection between Bepoz and Linkly and also to map the Pay@Table EFT terminal to respective Bepoz Till
Once the Schedule Job is configured correctly and run, the operator can perform Pay@Table functionality on the Pay@Table EFT terminal

SmartPOS Functionality

Once the Schedule Job configuration is completed, Operators can access currently open tables on Pay@Table terminal and request for payments from it without having to initiate a payment request from SmartPOS
