      Linkly | Remove Extra Prompts

      Problem

      • Customers complain about the number of prompts when processing transactions on EFTPOS

      Solution

      Follow the procedure below to remove extra prompts from Linkly

      1. RegEdit

      2. Local machine

      3. Software

      4. Wow64

      5. CullenSoftware

      6. EftClient

      7. Client first option - AUTODISMISS = 1 - dword

      8. Restart EFT services

      In the Bepoz EFTPOS Device, do NOT have 'Enable Tips' flagged, as on tables it asks you to confirm the amount being tendered. When not flagged, it goes straight to 'Present Card'.
