Product Promotions can also be exported so that Prices can be tracked for each Store and Till. These Promotions can be generated and automatically posted on an online server. This article covers how to setup LMG Bottlemart Promotion Price export automatically via a Scheduled Job.

Product Promotions can also be exported so that Prices can be tracked for each Store and Till. These Promotions can be generated and automatically posted on an online server. This is achieved through the creation of a Scheduled Job.

• To access Promotions import features, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
• Operat
• System Setup: "Access Venue, Stores & Tills" flag
• System Setup: "Maintain Scheduled Jobs" flag

• To set up the Scheduled Job, log in to BackOffice and complete the following steps:
1. Navigate to System Setup and select Scheduled Jobs 
2. Select Add Job button and the Job Maintenance window will open 
3. There are a number of credentials that need to input and they include:
• Job Name: Give the Job a relevant name 
• Job Type: External DLL 
• DLL Name: Jobexport.Dll 
• ClassName: LMG2 Price Export
4. Job Options will also require a number of configurations as well: 
• Include Headers: If this is enabled, the NAME, BARCODE, TAX, PRICE, SPECIAL Headers will be exported
• Export Filename: The name of the CSV file to be generated 
• FTP Uri: Provided by LMG
• FTP Username: Provided by LMG
• FTP Password: Provided by LMG
• Till - The TillID to get Prices from
5. Click OK to save the Scheduled Job

Current Export Criteria is as follows otherwise product is skipped:

• The Product Qty on hand greater than Zero
• The product must have a size name 
• The product must have a barcode
