About

    • LMG Loyalty i.e. Zen Global is a loyalty management system that has been integrated with Bepoz, where Bepoz retrieves loyalty customers and vouchers and allows the Operator to use them in SmartPOS
    • The LMG Loyalty integration with Bepoz allows for:
      • Retrieval of Loyalty Customers from LMG and usage of these customers at SmartPOS
      • Creation, Enquiry and Updating of Loyalty Customers 
      • Redeeming of Points at SmartPOS for a Loyalty Customer 
      • Search and Enquiry of a Voucher for a Loyalty Customer
      • Creation and Recharging of Voucher(s) at SmartPOS for Loyalty Customers
      • Retrieve a list of offers that are currently valid and available for a Customer (Note: This feature is available from v4.7.3.2 and above)

    Prerequisites

    • Minimum Bepoz version of v4.7.2.9 and above
    • For an Operator to be able to setup LMG Loyalty integration, the following privileges must be enabled 
      • Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab  
        • Enable General: "Operate Tills" Flag
      • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
        • System Setup Flags: "Access Venue Stores & Tills" flag
        • System Setup Flags: "Maintain Venue Stores & Tills" flag
        • System Setup: "Maintain Till Function Maps" flag

      Key Features

      BackOffice Setup

      • To implement the LMG Loyalty integration, a Transaction Queue and Till Extension Device both need to be created and configured
      • Also, Till Function button(s) need to be configured in BackOffice on the Workstation(s) Till Function Map in order to retrieve, search, create and update loyalty customers and also to redeem, create, recharge and search vouchers from LMG Loyalty to SmartPOS 

      SmartPOS Functionality

      • Depending on configurations, till function buttons can be used in SmartPOS in the following ways:
        • Search a Loyalty Customer
        • Enquire a Loyalty Customer
        • Create a Loyalty Customer
        • Update a Loyalty Customer
        • Redeem Points for a Loyalty Customer
        • Enquire a Loyalty Customers Voucher
        • Redeem a Loyalty Customers Voucher
        • Create a Loyalty Customers Voucher
        • Recharge a Loyalty Customers Voucher
        • Retrieve all the offers available for the LMG Customers
      • The operator can retrieve the loyalty customers and perform different workflows from SmartPOS
      • Sales Data is sent back to LMG Loyalty (Zen Global)
