Prerequisites

  • Minimum Bepoz Version of 4.7.2.9 & above
  • To access SmartPOS feature, following Operator privileges must be enabled
    • Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab
      • General: "Operate Tills" Flag

LMG Loyalty Points Redeem Workflow 

  • On SmartPOS, when an LMG Loyalty account is attached to a sale, it displays the current points balance retrieved from LMG server
  • Add items to the sale and then use the Redeem Points Till Function button
    • Note: To create a till function button, use  LMG Loyalty - Till Function Button Setup Guide


  • A numpad window appears and displays the total amount of points that the customer has and it's dollar value conversion and prompts the Operator the amount of dollar value to be redeemed


  • Once the Operator clicks on OK, the dollar amount is redeemed from the transaction and appears as 'LMG Loyalty Points Redeem' on the Sale window
