The Location list section displays all the venues and stores created in Bepoz that are connected to Myplace

 


 

Prerequisite 
  • To access and edit ‘Locations’ settings, the following Roles Privileges will need to be enabled
    • Roles "Roles Maintenance" panel
      • Privilege Flags: "System Setup"
  • The venue toggle on the "Main" section will need to be set to Multi Venue 

 

Accessing Location List

  • Location list can be accessed through the following steps, after logging into Myplace Backpanel
  1. Click Settings in the menu sidebar
  2. Click the Locations title  
  3. Ensure Multi Venue is enabled on the "Main" section
  4. Click Location List tab

 

Location List 
  • This screen will display all venues and stores synchronised from Bepoz. The synchronisation will occur each time this screen is accessed and if it is successful a popup will appear in the top-right corner of the page.
  • In this section, users can access the "Update Location" panel to edit existing location information, search for specific locations and set the locations to be active/inactive.

 

 

 

 

 

Function Description
Bepoz Venue
  • ON: The list will display synced venues, both active and inactive
  • OFF: Venues will not display on the list even if "Show All" is enabled
Bepoz Stores
  • ON: The list will display synced stores, both active and inactive
  • OFF: Stores  will not display on the list even if "Show All" is enabled
Show All       
  • ON: The list will display both active and inactive locations
  • OFF: The list will only display active locations
Search icon                 
  • When the icon is clicked, a search bar will appear for users to find specific venues.
  • As the user enters characters in the search bar the list will display the tags that match the sequence
Location ID
  • A unique ID number for each location. This numerical will originally come from Bepoz when the venue and stores are set up
Type
  • Displays if the location is a venue or a store
Bepoz Name
  • The title that is used in Bepoz for this location.
  • Can be useful to check if the location is linked correctly to Myplace
Myplace Name
  • A title for the location, Initially, this will be set when the venue/store is created and synced from Bepoz.
  • This label is displayed on the app within the locations screen and location selection screens
  • Users can change this in the "Update Location" panel 
Status
  • Displays if the Location is to be used in the Myplace app
  • There is a toggle for each location listed, that is used to switch between active/inactive
    • ON (Blue): Location is enabled. It can be used throughout Myplace and can be seen on the app
    • OFF(Red): Location is Disabled. It is not used being used in Myplace and cannot be seen on the app by customers
Option   
  • This column contains several icons, that allow editing of existing locations
  • Clicking one of these icons will open the Location Setup panel where users can change location configurations
