Problem
me&u or customer reports an error "MAC does not match", OR
SmartController reports "MAC does not match" against the API job on the 'Jobs & Processes' tab
Solution
This error is produced when the API Job configured in the Scheduled Job in BackOffice is not generating an API connection. This can occur when the API secret key being used by me&u does not match the key entered into the Bepoz job. We need to check this as follows:
Check API key in the Scheduled Job against that which is recorded in the Configuration on the Customer Record in the CRM
If NO then we need to correct them to match. Once done, and if the error persists, send the key to the me&u team for them to update on their end via email to helpme@meandu.com.au
If YES please restart smart controller and ensure it's running as Admin
