Problem
me&u or customer reports that online orders are not printing
Solution
Check if the orders come through on Bepoz transaction journal
If NO please check and restart the SmartController (run as Admin). Check that the API job has initiated properly and orders are coming through
If YES then continue with diagnostic process
Check that the products are assigned to the API Till location
Check printer profile for any misconfiguration
Check API remote channel
