      me&u Not Printing Orders

      Overview

      Problem

      • me&u or customer reports that online orders are not printing

      Solution

      • Check if the orders come through on Bepoz transaction journal

        • If NO please check and restart the SmartController (run as Admin). Check that the API job has initiated properly and orders are coming through

        • If YES then continue with diagnostic process

      • Check that the products are assigned to the API Till location

      • Check printer profile for any misconfiguration

      • Check API remote channel
