Problem
me&u or customer reports an error "Order Validation Failed"
Solution
Order Validation usually fails when the integration has stopped working. This is a result of the communications channel between Bepoz and me&u is closed for any reason. The key is to look for API connectivity as below:
Check that the port used for communications is still open
Open any browser on the server / site controller
Access any online port checker, such as Canyouseeme.org
Check the public IP Address can compare it to the address noted on the Configuration on the customer record in CRM. Has the Public IP Address changed?
Check port 9163, or whatever is recorded in the Configuration against the customer record. Is it open?
If either the public IP has changed, or the port is now closed, send an email to me&u Help Desk. Be sure to copy the customer and their IT supplier
Check API key and the job on smart controller. Is it correct?
