Member Portal

The member portal, available exclusively through myPlace Lite, gives members access to view their member card details, update account information, upload a photo, and integrate with their mobile wallet, all through their device's web browser instead of an app.


1. Editing Member Details

After successfully logging in or signing up, members are directed to the member portal.




Members can upload an image by tapping the face icon and using their camera or selecting a photo from their device's library. They can also edit the following information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Date of Birth (Can only be edited once)

After making changes and saving them, the member card above will update dynamically.


2. Member Card Preview



Within the member card, there are several fields that display information not visible in the edit form:

  • Account balance: The current amount of credit in the account
  • Points: Current amount of accumulated points in the account
  • Saved: The amount a member has saved using discounts and vouchers
  • Expiry Date: The expiration date of the account
  • Visits: The number of times a member has visited the business


3. Adding to Mobile Wallet

To enhance member convenience in accessing account information, there is a button to add the member card to their mobile wallet. On Android devices, this button appears as 'add to Google Wallet', while on iOS devices, it appears as 'add to Apple Wallet'. Clicking this button initiates a process to add the card to their mobile wallet.
