Members not automatically signed into YourOrder when using QR code Ordering

There are two areas on the backpanel where users can check to try and diagnose this issue.

Tiers - Allowed Venues Field

  • Ensure within the Tiers that the option for Allowed Venue field includes the venue for connecting to YourOrder.

    • If "All Venues" is selected there is no need to check anything in this area as it will include every location set up in Myplace

    • If the selection is a specific location tag then check using these instructions

      1. Click settings on the sidebar

      2. Click the Locations Label

      3. In the expanded panel, click the Location Tags tab

      4. Press the same name that was selected in Allowed Venues

      5. Check the locations and see if the venue is applied here

      6. If not pick the venue from the dropdown and press add and "SAVE AND CLOSE"

Location Maintenace - Bepoz Setting

  • Ensure the YourOrder integration is setup correctly. Use the procedure below to check the setup

    1. Click settings on sidebar

    2. Click the locations label and locations List tab

    3. Click the edit icon next to the venue the YourOrder QR Code will apply to.

    4. Press 'BEPOZ SETTINGS'

    5. In this tab ensure that Enable Your Order Integration is ON (BLUE).

    6. Ensure that the Your Order Link is correct
