This article covers the Message Log Report and how it can be used within BackOffice. The Message Log is a report containing a list of all Messages that have been sent through the system. Messages can be viewed and/or printed from this Report. This Report is very useful to track all the incoming and outgoing messages through the system.

    Prerequisites 

    • To access Scheduled Billings features, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled 
      • Operator Maintenance 'Marketing & Promotions' Tab
        • All "Messaging" Flags

    Message Log in Detail

    • To access this Report after logging into BackOffice, go to Messaging > Message Log
    • A list of Messages that have been sent over the given period will appear along with related data in the "_Standard" View
    • Change the settings for the Venue, Display Period, Views, and Filters as required

    Display Period Options

    • Operators can choose to view the message on the basis of Period by clicking the "Select by Period" Option


    • Or, the report can be seen for a more specific time period by adding "From" and "To" Date and Time when "Select by Time" is chosen

    • The report generated after that can be Saved, printed and Exported as required
