2 | me&u Create Configuration in CRM

Overview
- All configurable details for this integration will be saved in a "Configuration" against the customer record in the CRM
- This allows for efficient and accurate support throughout the lifecycle of the product integration
Prerequisites
- Agreement signed for the setup of the integration and the customer has a record in the CRM
- Project created in the CRM with the Onboarding Team
Create Configuration
- Navigate to the company record in the CRM for the customer integrating with me&u
- Select the Configurations Tab and click the '+' icon to create a new Configuration
Information to be Entered
Configurations in the CRM contain specific information used to establish an integration, but also for ongoing support. That information is explained below. All other field not mentioned below are optional.
Configuration Name: Add me&u to the name as well as the venue or area the service is running in. Ie, "me&u | Bottleshop"
Vendor: Search for 'me&u (Me and U)' from the vendor list. This is critical in setting the brand of Online Ordering service.
Install Date & Installed By: These are used to understand how old the integration is and who set it up. Important for other support technicians if they need to seek additional info later.
Status: Keep the status as 'New | Not Live' until such time as the customer goes live. Best time to change to 'Active' is on completion of Pre-Live Testing.
Public IP Address and Port: This is referred to as the API EndPoint by me&u. It is simply the public IP address of the Bepoz Server / Site Controller and the port that will be opened for communications. 9163 is the default port used by me&u, though can differ from customer to customer.
Bepoz Internal IP: Bepoz Server IP address on the local network. me&u are responsible for arranging port forwarding and will ask the venue to ensure they have a static external IP address.
API Secret: Generate a 16 character random password in last pass generator or similar. This will be used during Scheduled Job setup
Bepoz Operator ID: A me&u operator will be created in Bepoz within the Support Group. Use 'meandu' as the operator number and remove back office access. Take the Operator ID for this operator and enter it here.
Table Group ID: The table group the venue is currently using for TABS. me&u only support 1 table group number
Payment Type Name: Use 'me&u' as the payment type name unless asked different
