5 | me&u Pre-Live Testing

Prerequisites BackOffice setup has been completed for the integration All relevant details have been sent through to me u me u have completed their steps of the project and scheduled Pre-Live testing with the customer Pre-Live Testing me u conduct all product, order and integration testing with the customer. They will schedule Pre-Live Testing with the customer, and with our Bepoz Project Coordinator or Support Manager. This will allow us to have a Bepoz technician available throughout the testing process.

  • me&u have completed their steps of the project and scheduled Pre-Live testing with the customer


Pre-Live Testing

me&u conduct all product, order and integration testing with the customer.  They will schedule Pre-Live Testing with the customer, and with our Bepoz Project Coordinator or Support Manager. This will allow us to have a Bepoz technician available throughout the testing process.

As the technician you will only be contacted during the testing period if something is not working as expected (ie, orders not printing to the correct printer, products not assigned to the API Till, etc) or the customer and me&u request a change to the Bepoz configuration. Make sure you are available to take calls during the testing period.

Once testing is complete, there is nothing further for Bepoz to do beyond some light, project administration Including

  • Add relevant details and clocking times to the Testing project ticket
  • Critical: Change the Configuration Status from 'New | Not Live' to 'Active'

The customer will start using the integration when ready.
