      About

         

        • me&u provide an online ordering platform, with mobile app and web application options for dine in and take-away experiences. They integrate with several point of sale systems, including Bepoz. 
        • Bepoz provides training for customers on how to configure Bepoz products to work with self-ordering at the table, but we do not setup all the products for the customer. Similarly, Bepoz does not have access to the me&u system and does not provide any management services of their platform.
        • Any new products to be added (beyond the initial product export), are added to Bepoz like normal and me&u will provide training to the customer on how to add/create the new item in their system. There are no further product export/imports and me&u don’t call to Bepoz through the API to get updated product lists.

         

         

        Prerequisites
        • Minimum Bepoz version of v4.6.1.8 and onwards
        • 1x Smart POS Licence per API till  (not billed to the customer)
        • 1 x API till per printing area. me&u will advise if they require more than one and which areas they should be setup in inside of Bepoz

         

        Key Features
        • Bepoz sets up an API inside the Bepoz Software for me&u to communicate with. Functionality provided to me&u includes:
          • Bepoz receives sales from the me&u app
          • Product export from Bepoz to me&u, enabling faster menu creation in their system. This includes the Bepoz Product ID, which is how the products in me&u are matched to the products in Bepoz.
          • Bepoz handles the docket printing for all orders. just like normal Bepoz sales. This is done using the Printer Setups in the API till(s), and the Printer Profiles assigned to the products.
