      3 | MGT Gaming Interface SmartPOS Usage

      This article covers the SmartPOS usage of MGT Gaming Vouchers via CALink. Once finished with Backoffice settings, an Operator will be able to open an account and get a list of all the associated vouchers from SmartPOS. These vouchers can now be redeemed through SmartPOS. However, vouchers that has been added onto transaction for redemption cannot be voided.

      Prerequisites

      SmartPOS Workflow

      • Login to Smart and open the customer's account either manually or by swiping a card
      • Click on the 'CALink' function button from the function panel
      • This button can be anywhere in function panel depending upon the backoffice settings
      • Once clicked, it will give a list of all the vouchers associated with the account
      • Select the vouchers for redemption
