      About

        • MGT Gaming is one of the many External Systems that Bepoz can interface with via our native CALink application
        • After CALink and BackOffice configurations, a key feature of the integration is the ability to import Account data with options to update and/or create matching Account records in the local database
        • Along with other supported functionality, this interface can import the Vouchers earned by players from the MGT system which can then be redeemed in SmartPOS
          • This is accomplished by sending a request to the MGT system from Bepoz via CALink to get all the Vouchers that an Account has available
        • The MGT Gaming CALink Interface requires setup in BackOffice and configuration within the CALink application to communicate with the gaming system

        Prerequisites

        • For an operator to be able to setup this interface, the following privileges must be enabled 
          • Main Tab (General Settings) - Venue Maintenance
            • All "System Setup" Flags
        • Additionally, the MGT URL and CALink credentials are required
        • The Voucher Type supported for this interface is Discount Percentage due to the 'Authorised Amount' and 'Discount Percent' Credentials required to be set for MGT

          Key Features

          CALink Setup

          • The CALink setup must be completed in order to connect to the MGT Gaming System so that Operators can retrieve the account/customer details including available Vouchers

          BackOffice Setup

          • After the CALink device has been configured the server configuration will need to be completed in BackOffice
            • Easily configure the CALink #2 for Account Charge Link within Venue Maintenance by providing the details to connect to CALink which in turn connects to the MGT Gaming System 
          • Additionally, each Workstation that will be used with this interface will need to have the "Use CALink" flag enabled
          • For Vouchers to be mapped from MGT to the local database for redemption, a Voucher Setup will need to be created with the CALink Trigger filled in using the Voucher details provided by MGT
