About

    • MiClub is a leading provider of Golf Membership Systems in Australia and is one of the many External Systems that Bepoz can interface with via our native CALink application
    • Our interface with MiClub allows for Member retrieval from SmartPOS
      • Once a Member Account is retrieved it can either be used to create and/or match to an Account in the local database
      • From there, within SmartPOS the following are possible:
        • Import member data
        • Account Payments
        • Charges to an external wallet(s) from MiClub
    • This feature-set and functionality requires setup within the native CALink program as well as on the Venue Maintenance "External Links" tab

    Prerequisites

    • For an operator to be able to setup this interface, the following privileges must be enabled 
      • Main Tab (General Settings) - Venue Maintenance
        • All "System Setup" Flags
    • Additionally, the MiClub and CALink credentials are required

      Key Features

      CALink Setup

      • The CALink setup must be completed in order to connect to the MiClub System so that Operators can retrieve the account/customer's available wallet balances such as for the Pro Shop or for Food & Beverage 

      BackOffice Setup

      • After the CALink device has been configured the server configuration will need to be completed in BackOffice
        • Easily configure the CALink #2 for Account Charge Link within Venue Maintenance by providing the details to connect to CALink which in turn connects to the MiClub Gaming System 
      • Additionally, each Workstation that will be used with this interface will need to have the "Use CALink" flag enabled
