4 | Mobile wallet event tickets

This article will outline the process for customers to add a event ticket to the apple wallet and also where each value on the ticket is derived from    When the mobile wallet is active from backpanel, there will be a button below each event ticket within the ticket screen. When member clicks this they are guided to a new screen that will show them how the ticket will look within the wallet.

When the mobile wallet is active from backpanel, there will be a button below each event ticket within the ticket screen. When member clicks this they are guided to a new screen that will show them how the ticket will look within the wallet. Simply click add in the top right corner to add to the mobile wallet or cancel. When members open their mobile wallet the event ticket should appear.



Each component within the event ticket derives from either Myplace backpanel or Bepoz.


  • Event Ticket Colour - The background colour will come from the Hero/Brand fill colour. To change this simply, login to backpanel and go to App Configure then App Theme. Within this tab press the Fill colour for Hero/Brand and select a new one from the palette. Click save changes to apply

   


  • Logo - This is the image that can be seen on the app's initial screen and has been set in the Backpanel. It can be changed by going to Myplace backpanel, clicking settings, app configure then background & logo. There is a section called app logo, click the area underneath and add a new image. P{res save changes to apply the new logo.

  


  • Date and Time - This is the event start date and time, it can be found on the backpanel by clicking Special event in the sidebar and selecting the event with the same heading name. In this new page scroll down and the start date will be the values used in the event ticket

  


  • Ticket Image - This image will come from the ticket setup. To check simply go to backpanel and click tickets on the sidebar. Click the ticket with same name and the image will be on the righthand side

  


  • Issue Date - This is the date that the ticket was placed into the account. This initially comes from Bepoz but it can be seen within the ticket details  screen as well

  

  • Event - This is the name of the event and comes from the backpanel. Users can check this value by going to Special Evenet on the backpanel sidebar and looking under the Heading column for the same name

  

  • Ticket - This is the name of the ticket and the value derives from the setup on the backpanel for this specific ticket. To change the ticket name backpanel users can click ticket on the sidebar and press the ticket with the same name. Under the label 'Ticket Name', input a new name and save

  


  • Barcode - This barcode and the digits underneath will originally come from bepoz with additional values added. To check users can view it on the ticket details screen
