2 | Mobile Wallet Members Card

This article will outline the process for customers to add the member's card to the apple wallet and also where each value on the member's card is derived from     When the mobile wallet is active from backpanel, there will be a button within the profile screen. When member clicks this they are guided to a new screen that will show them how the card will look within the wallet.

When the mobile wallet is active from backpanel, there will be a button within the profile screen. When member clicks this they are guided to a new screen that will show them how the card will look within the wallet. Simply click add in the top right corner to add to the mobie wallet or cancel. When members open their mobile wallet, the member card is shown.



Each component within the members card can be found within Myplace backpanel.


  • Member Card Colour - The background colour will come from the Hero/Brand fill colour. To change this simply, login to backpanel and go to App Configure then App Theme. Within this tab press the Fill colour for Hero/Brand and select a new one from the palette. Click save changes to apply

  


  • Logo - This is the image that can be seen on the app's initial screen and has been set in the Backpanel. It can be changed by going to Myplace backpanel, clicking settings, app configure then background & logo. There is a section called app logo, click the area underneath and add a new image. P{res save changes to apply the new logo.

  


  • Tier Image - This image is the back panel configuration of the Member Image Wallet. To change this simply go to Sign Up, Tiers, Membership and Gaming Setup settings, and within the tiers tab, backpanel users can change the desired image for the selected tier. If there is no image then a default image will be used.

 


  • Tier - This is the name of the tier that the member is associated with. This can be found in the backpanel under Tiers settings

  


  • Points - This will come from the available points in the member account.

   


  • Member name - This is the name used for in the members account

  


  • Member ID  - This will come from the Id for the Myplace account

  


  • Member Since  - This is represented as a year and comes from the date when the user initially signed up to Myplace. 

  


Barcode - This will be the same barcode that is displayed throughout the app. The barcode will scan with a prefix if applicable and the digits below the barcode represent the Member's Bepoz Card Number.
