      Prerequisite

      • Bepoz Team Member will need to enable myPlace Lite feature


      Registration QRCode


      Registration QRCode is a feature that is solely used for myPlace Lite to onboard members. When it is enabled, Registration QRCode will be available on the side bar. It allows users to customize the QRCodes for member login/signup as well as directly downloading the QRCode solely from this page to distribute however needed. Users do not need to add in the URL for the QR Code as it is automatically links to https://{Business Name}.Bepoz.net/login. 




      Accessing Registration QRCode Settings



      To access the Registration QRCode page, ensure that the prerequisite is met. After logging in follow the below steps:

      1. Click Mobile Wallet

      2. Click Registration QRCode

      Center Logo 



      This image will appear in the middle of the QR Code. User can add in their company logo to establish some branding or any other desired image. The image dimensions should be 150 x 150. User can also remove the centre logo by clicking 'Clear Logo'


      To update center logo follow the below steps:

      1.click the image area and the file explorer will open.

      2. In the file explorer, choose the desired image and click open

      3. A popup will appear for users to make a selection area in the image

      4. Adjust the selection area and click save to apply or cancel to discard




      QRCode Colour


      This changes the background colour of the QRCode. To update, simply click the colour field and a colour palette will appear. Choose the desired colour and click outside of the colour palette to apply it.




      QR Code Preview and Download



      In this area, the QR Code will dynamically show a preview of the changes made from center logo and QRCode colour. Users can also use the download button to save this as either a png or jpeg file to their computer and distribute this throughout their venue as desired.
