8 | Mobile wallet vouchers

This article will outline the process for customers to add a voucher to the apple wallet and also where each value on the voucher is derived from    When the mobile wallet is active from backpanel, there will be a button below each voucher within the voucher screen. When a member clicks this, they are guided to a new screen that will show them how the voucher will look within the wallet.

When the mobile wallet is active from backpanel, there will be a button below each voucher within the voucher screen. When a member clicks this, they are guided to a new screen that will show them how the voucher will look within the wallet. Simply click add in the top right corner to add to the mobile wallet or cancel. When members open their mobile wallet the voucher should appear.




Each component within the event ticket derives from either Myplace backpanel or Bepoz.


  • Voucher Ticket Colour - The background colour will come from the Hero/Brand fill colour. To change this simply, login to backpanel and go to App Configure then App Theme. Within this tab press the Fill colour for Hero/Brand and select a new one from the palette. Click save changes to apply

   


  • Logo - This is the image that can be seen on the app's initial screen and has been set in the Backpanel. It can be changed by going to Myplace backpanel, clicking settings, app configure then background & logo. There is a section called app logo, click the area underneath and add a new image. P{res save changes to apply the new logo.

  


  • Coupon - The coupon value will come from the app display name of the voucher. This can be changed by going to backpanel and clicking voucher on the sidebar. Find the voucher with the same Myplace name and click it. Input the new value into the app display name textbox and save.

 


  • Note - This will come from the short description of the voucher setup in the backpanel. To check this simply go to the backpanel and click voucher on the sidebar. Find the voucher with the same Myplace name and click it. The short description box should have the same text as the note.

 

  • Expire - This value initially comes from Bepoz. But can be viewed on the voucher details page.

  

  • Barcode - This barcode and the digits underneath will originally come from bepoz with additional values added. To check users can view it on the voucher details screen
