      Multi Venue Store Redirections

      This lesson covers the process of setting store redirections in multi-venue stores via Backoffice.

      Overview

      • There are 2 ways to set up store redirections in multi-venue. you can use VenueGroups or flaging the Send All ProdStore flag in global settings

      • When Using Price redirections in a multi-venue, by default only ProdStores within a Venues VenueGroup are sent to the Venue. This drastically reduces the size of the VenueDatabase (having multiple benefits)

      • you will need to set up Venue Groups for price redirections

      • There is now a Flag in the Global settings >  Multi-venue Setup to force all ProdStores to be sent to all Venues. Either ensure the redirects are within the Same VenueGroup or turn on the Send all ProdStores flag
