4 | Multiple ResDiary Connections In 1 Venue

This article outlines how to configure multiple ResiDary connections within a Single Venue.

When running the Bepoz ResDiary interface for each till that requires to access ResDiary then that till will require the ResDiary Till Extension to be installed
Additionally, Each SmartControl workstation will need to have the ResDiary Transaction Queue Device
In cases were multiple Transaction Queues are required then the startup of these devices will need to be staggered/staged this can be done by entering a value into the TimeOut section of the Device Maintenance as shown below

It should be noted that the value is in milliseconds
The value required will depend on the specification of the server that is loading the device and authentication of the service
