The MyPlace 6.12 release marks a significant step forward, introducing gamification, enhanced user experience improvements, and performance optimizations. These updates underscore our commitment to innovation and excellence, driving customer engagement and operational efficiency. What's New: Spin to Win: Introducing MyPlace's first gamification feature—allowing admins to craft engaging wheel-of-fortune-style games, tailored for different membership levels. Customize games with unique schedules, rules, and prizes including points, vouchers, and free spins, to elevate member engagement.
The MyPlace 6.12 release marks a significant step forward, introducing gamification, enhanced user experience improvements, and performance optimizations. These updates underscore our commitment to innovation and excellence, driving customer engagement and operational efficiency.What's New:

- Alphanumeric Account Management: Simplify account and card number setups with our new Backpanel feature, bolstering security and facilitating previously unsupported member onboarding workflows.
- Member Profile Updates: Enhanced mobile number detection ensures communication channels with our members remain current and reliable.
Enhancements:
- API Optimization: Our frontend has been fine-tuned to minimize API calls based on app configurations, leading to a noticeable uplift in performance and user experience.
- Security and Access Control: We've tightened access controls, resolving issues that previously allowed unintended backpanel user access, reinforcing our commitment to member privacy and security.
- Bug Fixes: A series of bug fixes and performance improvements have been implemented, boosting the platform's stability and reliability.
By the Numbers:
- Development focus: 33% new functionality, 33% bug and defect resolution, and 34% platform upgrades and performance enhancements.
- Achieved a milestone in efficiency, reducing total mobile app build time to under 15 hours with a single click, thanks to enhancements in our CI/CD infrastructure.
Looking Forward:
- The next major release, scheduled for early March, will concentrate on voucher optimization within our Bepoz integration and introducing voucher support in our SwiftPOS integration. This includes enriching vouchering functionality with sign-up rewards, member offers, and more.
- In parallel, we're enhancing messaging and notifications, aiming to deliver more meaningful, contextual, and instructive error messages. This ensures members receive clear, actionable information without guesswork.
