SwiftPOS Voucher Integration: MyPlace now supports integration with SwiftPOS, offering a seamless voucher viewing experience within the mobile app. Venues utilizing SwiftPOS can now enhance their customer engagement by displaying a variety of customized vouchers directly on the app's home screen. This feature allows for a unique branding opportunity, enabling venues to tailor the look and feel of each voucher to match their brand identity.

Geo-fenced Notifications: Elevating our commitment to personalized customer engagement, MyPlace introduces geo-fencing technology. This feature automates location-specific interactions, offering customers tailored experiences as they enter or leave a designated area. Initially available to iOS users, with an upcoming extension to Android, geo-fenced notifications aim to blend the physical and digital aspects of customer interaction seamlessly.

Although these improvements may not introduce new functionality visible to end-users, they significantly enhance the overall user experience by optimizing performance and reducing crashes and ANRs, especially on Android devices. MyPlace CRM Integration for v6 Clients: The upcoming release will see all MyPlace version 6 clients integrated with the MyPlace CRM. This CRM integration, coupled with AAD for secure and streamlined access, will offer a centralized platform for managing client interactions. It simplifies employee onboarding and offboarding while providing a comprehensive audit trail.

New Guided Onboarding Experience: To further ease the process of member sign-up and engagement, we're introducing a guided onboarding experience. This feature aims to simplify member registration, employing modern authentication methods like OTPs, thereby eliminating the need for passwords. It also strategically gathers additional member data through post-sign-up questions, enriching the customer profile without overwhelming new users initially.
