MyPlace : Feature Training -> Friend Referrals & Surveys
Friend Referrals
Friend Referals are a simple feature designed to increasing customer memberships. Current members supplies the name and email of a potential new member via the friend referal function. The new member is then sent an email invitation with a link to a sign up page

In the back panel referring members can be rewarded by vouchers (which also need to be set up in Bepoz) or points. This offer of points or voucher is awared to the existing member when the new member joins. Reminders can be configured in the back panel and sent to individuals who have been refered but not yet joined. Intervals in which reminders are sent is adjustable as is the text for the reminder message
The example below shows the reward set to voucher, the voucher type is unscepified (this must be selected from vouchers set up in bepoz). The reminder is set to go out to the new member if they have not yet signed up 3 days after the referral then again 10 days after the referral. There also is an image for the voucher. if this image is not provided then the defult image used in the inital set up will be used.

Limited details in regards to freind referrals are also tracked in the back panel. The initial page includes the recipiants emial and membership status.
When you click the new member the detials of the existing member, date and time or referal and reward if given are displayed
Surveys
The Myplace app has the functionality to create surveys or questionares as a method of generating cusomter feed back. surveys are created in the back panel
Surveys created require a Title, Description, expiry date (when will the survey be avaible in the app) and Audience (which tier of members will have access to the survey) Members can be incentivised by either points or Vouchers (vouchers must be set up in bepoz)
