MyPlace : Feature Training -> Stamp Cards & Rewards

Stamp cards are designed to trigger a reward when a certin quantity of products are puchased. These types of promotions are set up as a Prize Promotion in bepoz and viewed in the app as per the image below. once a promotion has been triggered and a voucher created the voucher will be located in the other tab seen to the right side

To use the Stamp card feature the functionality must be turned on in settings and feature control

The 1st step in creating a stamp card or any promotion is to create the voucher that will be awarded. This can be done 2 ways, either creating a voucher from scratch or duplicating a current voucher and changing the details. Duplicating voucher will clone the original image, settinga and voucher name that will include “copy”

To create the voucher in the app it must be linked to a voucher that has been created in Bepoz. Vouchers created in bepoz will be displayed in the app automaticaly, the idea of creating the app in the myplace back panel is to give the voucehr an image, chage the name and provide a short description. For this voucher type its not possible to add a cash price. The only voucher with a cash price associated is a gift voucher. This voucher wont have a points cost either as it will be given away for free. Vouchers created with a points price are used to redeems points for a product.

It is also possible to send a notification when the voucher is issued. This can be via a system notification and a push notification. The text in the notification can be set to defult or editied for specific content. You can also specify the tier or tiers to recieve the notification.

Once the voucher is created the stamp card can be created but either creating a new stamp card or copying a stamp card that has already been created. Duplicating a stamp card will clone the original image, settings in regards to venue, description, voucher attached and schedule attached. The new description will include “copy”. So all these details should be checked to ensure they are still accurate for the new stamp card. The original prize promotion is not carried over and this will need to be selected. The plus icon on the stamp card page is to create a new blank stamp card. From here a prize promotion from the drop down list (which must already be set up in Bepoz) is selected

Complete the internal name, headding and short description for the promotion. At this point you will also need to include individual venues the offer will be avaibale to or select all. You will then need to add the voucher that was created earlier to the stamp card

include a schedule whihc includes when the stam card is to be displayed in the app, when it is to be removed or if the promo can be displayed perminantly. The schedule also includeds which tiers or members group will be able to see the stamp card.

Add a picture to the stamp card, save and refresh the app and the stamp card will be visable
