      This article outlines the configurations within the Confirmation tab of the Notification settings.

      This article outlines the configurations within the Confirmation tab of the Notification settings.

      This tab is used to modify the email/mobile confirmation screens when a user signs up to Myplace

       

       

      Prerequisites
      • To access and edit the "General" setting, the following Role Privileges will need to be enabled
        • Roles "Roles Maintenance" panel
          • Privilege Flags: "Operational Settings"

       

       

      Confirmation

       

      • Access the Confirmation Tab using these steps:
        1. Click Settings on the sidebar menu
        2. Press the Notification Settings title 
        3. Click the Confirmation tab in the expanded panel

       

      • This tab has two sections:
        • The success section is used for customisations of the successful confirmation screen
        • The fail section is used for  modifying the unsuccessful confirmation screen
      • Both areas have the same configurations but for different screens

       

       

      Function Description
      Button Font Color
      • The text colour that resides within the button
      • Clicking on the field will open a colour palette where users can input an RBG value or choose by clicking an area in the palette

       
      Button Border Color
      • The colour used to outline the confirmation button
      • Clicking on the field will open a colour palette where users can input an RBG value or choose by clicking an area in the palette 
      Button Background Color
      • The fill colour of the confirmation button
      • Clicking on the field will open a colour palette where users can input an RBG value or choose by clicking an area in the palette
      Font Color
      • The confirmation screen will display messages set in the confirmation tab. This field is used to choose the colour of the displaying message
      • Clicking on the field will open a colour palette where users can input an RBG value or choose by clicking an area in the palette
      Background Color
      • This is used to choose the colour to fill the confirmation screen
      • Clicking on the field will open a colour palette where users can input an RBG value or choose by clicking an area in the palette
      Image Logo
      • An image to appear on the confirmation screens
      • Follow these steps to add an image to the confirmation screens

       

       

      1. Click the image area and the file explorer will open

      2. Search for the preferred image and double-click to select it

      3. In the new panel, a selection box will appear over the chosen image

      4. User the corners to scale the selection box or move it through click and drag

      5. Once the selection is finalised. Press the Confirm button
      Mobile Confirmation Message - TBC
      • Contains a text editor where users can input text, images and hyperlinks to display when a customer clicks the mobile confirmation button
      • Users can modify the text by using the buttons in the text editor header. Some modifications are; Bold, Italic, font size and font family
      Email Confirmation Message
      • Contains a text editor where users can input text, images and hyperlinks to display when a customer clicks the email confirmation button
      • Users can modify the text by using the buttons in the text editor header. Some modifications are; Bold, Italic, font size and font family
      Save Changes
      • After configurations are finalised in this tab. Click the  button to save them
