      This article is an overview of the configurations of the General tab under Notifications Settings

       

      Prerequisites
      • To access and edit the "General" setting, the following Role Privileges will need to be enabled
        • Roles "Roles Maintenance" panel
          • Privilege Flags: "Operational Settings"

      General

       

      • To access the General tab, use the following procedure:
        1. Click settings, on the back panel dashboard
        2. On the new page, click Notification Settings
        3. By default, the panel will expand displaying the General section

       

      Configurations

       

       

      Function Description
      Admin Name
      • Input a title that will appear on emails when Enquiry, Signup and System Checks are triggered
      Admin Email
      • The email address used for mailing purposes TBC
      Enquiry Email(s)
      • When a customer has sent an enquiry through the Myplace app
      • An email will be sent to this email address, outlining important enquiry information

      • To input an email address:
        1. press click here add new
        2. Type in the desired email address
        3. Press the enter key
        4. The email address will then be added
        5. Repeat steps 1 - 3, to add multiple
      Signup Email(s)
      • When a user signs up to the app, an email will be sent to this email address, outlining important signup information

      • To input an email address:
        1. press click here add new
        2. Type in the desired email address
        3. Press the enter key
        4. The email address will then be added
        5. Repeat steps 1 - 3, to add multiple
      System Check Email(s)      
      • Used to check the status of the Myplace system
      • An email will be sent to this email address, outlining important system information
      • To input an email address:
        1. press click here add new
        2. Type in the desired email address
        3. Press the enter key
        4. The email address will then be added
        5. Repeat steps 1 - 3, to add multiple
