• In order to perform table transfers; the following Operator prerequisites have to be fulfilled
• Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab

• System Setup Flags - "Maintain Venue Stores & Tills flag

NowBookIt Table Transfer Workflow

• At SmartPOS, the NowBookIt tables can be transferred from one section to another or to a different table in the same section

Note: When multiple NowBookIt sections are mapped to one Table Group in Bepoz and if the tables are transferred from one section to another section, the newly transferred table number should be different from the original table number

1. To perform a NowBookIt table transfer, open the booking at SmartPOS and perform a Table Transfer using the Till Function
2. A prompt is displayed "Are you sure you want to transfer the table?", click 'Yes' to transfer the table
3. Select the section to transfer the table to and click 'Select'
• Note: This prompt to select the section is not displayed if one NowBookIt table section is mapped to a distinct Table Group in Bepoz
4. Once the table is transferred, the booking is also automatically updated at NowBookIt
