This article will provide solutions to common issues with the Now Book It interface, along with best practices for setup & implementation. 

Transaction Queue Device

Issue

• The user has a Now Book It transaction queue device that has been disabled for several weeks
• The device has been re-enabled and the NBI interface is not working as expected

 Solution

• The transactions that have been created since the device was disabled are attempting to update NBI 
• NBI will refuse the transactions as they are not recent
• Delete the original device and setup a new device

Table Map Correct Configuration 

Issue

• Bepoz supports multiple table groups configured to different table maps within the same table map set
• Now Book It supports only one table group for each function button setup for Graphical Booking List
• 
• If you were to try and access the Private Dining Room table map through the NBI function button, it would result in the Walkin dialogue
• This would proceed to fail as the Private Dining Room tables are not mapped

Solution

• Ensure your Table Map Set  reference only one table group

• Create a secondary Graphical Table Booking function button which references the second table group+

• This will allow access to both table groups through NBI Interface
• Remember to link your Transfer Table function button to the secondary table group. This will allow you to transfer tables between NBI mapped table groups
